NOTES FOR THE ORGANISER

We recommend a site visit if you have not been to Kokako Lodge before. This will help you to ensure that Kokako Lodge will meet your needs and that we can be a GREAT help with planning. Please ensure you make an appointment to inspect the facility.

To book, please complete and return the Booking Application form to the Kokako Lodge office.  On receipt of your booking application form, we will invoice you for the deposit.  Payment of the deposit is required within 7 days to confirm the booking.

On your day of arrival, a welcome and safety briefing will be given to your group.  Please arrange a time with the Kokako Lodge office for this and don’t forget to build this into your timetable - please allow about 15- 20 minutes.

Please ensure you read our Terms & Conditions carefully prior to returning the booking application form.  This will give you all the information you need about being a guest at Kokako Lodge.

Kokako Lodge is an outdoor venue and based out in a wilderness environment. The team at Kokako Lodge do their best to deal with pests such as wasps and ants. Please be aware that during your stay (especially over the summer months) you may encounter pest such as wasps and we ask that you be prepared for this.
