		Name/ Known as: Laura; LL; Boss Lady Interests: Outdoor pursuits, RPM and Body Combat classes, understanding the NZ youth, of course, raising and nurturing my amazing little girl! Ambitions: Being the best Director of a camp that I can be, ensure that Kokako Lodge gains Outdoorsmark and makes a positive influence on outdoor education in NZ. Role: Director… but a bit of everything else … organising maintenance, cleaning, catering, and camp programmes, accounts, contracting instructors and a bit of admin, health and safety and more! Work Related Stuff: NZOIA Rock 1, Bush 1 and Flatwater Kayak, Skills Active Workplace assessor, Pre-hospital Emergency Care certificate and Outdoor First Aid (both current), A whole bunch of Project Adventure training including Safety, Skills and Standards; working with Challenging Adolescents; facilitation skills etc.

		Name/ Known as: Francesca Interests: Climbing, travelling, caving, art, horse riding, beach, photography. Ambitions: Full time work in the outdoors (all seasons) (not weekends though). I am going to steal Robs future plan and put own my own camp too! I bags the Waitakeres Role: Instructor (the cool one) Work Related Stuff: I trained back in 2004 in Outdoor Leadership. I have my Safety, Skills and Standards; Bag of Tricks; Debrief and Facilitation skills; Behavioural Management and Current First Aid certificates.

		Name/ Known as:JR Interests: Windsurfing, Sailing, Kayaking, Archery, on the weekends putting on my Viking gear and pummelling other people! Ambitions: Windsurf in Hawaii, Hookipa state park in Maui. Role: Instructor. I’m here to splash you when Kayaking or cover you in mud. Work Related Stuff: I’ve instructed for 17 years. I have lots of cool games to play on and off the water.

		Name/ Known as: Edward Kim, Known as: Eddy or Ed, not Sir or Mister... :) Interests: Kayaking (whitewater), climbing, tramping, canyoning, working with and meeting new people, Learning new languages and cultures, cooking, music, movies. Ambitions: Experiencing the world and travelling. Seeing participants grow and develop through outdoor activities. Role: Outdoor instructor Work Related Stuff: Graduate of Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Major in Outdoor Education at AUT University, Graduate of Diploma in Outdoor Recreation and Leadership at AUT University, Current Outdoor First Aid certificate.AdventureWorksNZ, High & Low ropes Leadership training certificate

		Name known as: Jonny Interests: Rock climbing, abseiling, tramping, kayaking (flat water and white water), surfing, mountainbiking, Maori culture, Buddhism, music, travel. I am also an undercover hippy and environmentalist - so I know how to do really good professional tree! Ambitions: To speak Te Reo Maori fluently. To set up my own outdoor organisation by 2016. To do more traveling, e.g. to SE Asia, Mongolia, Europe, Canada. Role: Outdoor instructor, facilitator, and educator. I love my job, and get a real buzz out of helping/seeing clients and groups challenge themselves and achieve beyond what they initially thought possible! Work related stuff: National Certificate in Outdoor Recreation (Assistant Leadership). Graduate Certificate in Recreation Management. Worked in the outdoor industry since 2005. What I see I remember, what I hear I don’t forget, what I do I know. Role: Instructor Work Related Stuff: Eleven year’s experience at various places around Aotearoa. Future plans to own my own camp.
